She is an internationally recognized expert in risk management for governmental regulatory agencies and serves on international standards and policy making bodies. She has addressed numerous industry forums and the press on issues of emerging health technologies and innovation trends, especially for connected medical technologies. She holds a PhD from MIT in Engineering and a Masters degree from Stanford Business School.
